Steven22xy4 – Beatles Rockband!

Soooo excited about the beatles rockband, read my last blog post for most of the inormation on the game!

The setlists are going to be awesome!
So far we know that they will be releasing the game with these songs:
i saw her standing there
i want to hold your hand
i feel fine
day tripper
taxman
i am the walrus
back in the u.s.s.r
octopus’s garden
here comes the sun
get back

So far that setlist looks pretty promising! Can’t wait

Steven22xy4 – E3 – Microsoft

News from the E3 2009 microsoft press briefing:

Microsoft has lots of goodies for us! I am starting to like Bill gates again! not as much as Steve Jobs though. But still, they have a new user interface which allows you to control the game by moving your body. Now i know, this is already possible with the wii, but this is different! A camera will record 3d images of you, and turn you movements into game controls. The demos at E3 looked pretty impressing, and this definitely is something that i want to get my hands on. If it works as well as they claim it may be enough to put the 360 back on top!
The beatles rockband was also announced at the microsoft press briefing. Personally, i have always preferred to play rockband on the PS3 and will continue doing so. but, even with the 360′s non-bluray graphics and non-ps3 power; the game looks pretty sweet. Instead of having your regular 3 or 4 people, the game now supports up 7 players, with 3 guitarists, 3 singers participating in a harmony each singing for a different beatle,  and 1 drummer. All of the guitars are different style to represent each beatle, and the drums are looking pretty effing sweet! The realease date for this is 09-09-09… i like the 9 idea!
Metal gear solid will now be on the xbox 360!
With all of these cool new things microsoft is putting out, i think i might just get a 360!
